What are your shipping rates?

All orders ship for a flat rate of $34.99

What days do you deliver?

As all our orders are shipped overnight, we deliver Tuesday through Saturday. Note, there is no extra charge to you for Saturday Delivery; however, this service is not available in all areas. If that is the case, we will contact you to let you know.  If you want to be sure prior to placing an order, you may contact us at support@ordermainelobster.com

Where can you ship?

We ship to anywhere in the US, including Washington DC, except Hawaii & Alaska. Unfortunately, we are not able to ship to international.

Can I pre-order for a scheduled delivery date?

Yes! When you place your order, please choose the date on the calendar on which you would like your order to arrive. Orders can be placed up to 3 weeks in advance.

What date should I select for my order's arrival?

Keep in mind that the FedEx window for overnight delivery extends until 8PM local time, and any frozen items will need to thaw 12-24 hours under refrigeration prior to use. We recommend an arrival date 2-3 days prior to when you plan to use our frozen items.

How do I track my order?

When shipped, tracking information will be emailed to the address you provided at checkout.

What kind of shipping do you use?

We ship using FedEx next day delivery. Your package will arrive the day after it ships out. Your package will arrive by end of day. Unfortunately, we are not able to give a window of time in which it will arrive, so please plan accordingly. For residential, FedEx can deliver up until 8pm local time.  

Will I receive a confirmation of my order?

Yes, you will receive confirmation once your order has been submitted, as well as a confirmation with tracking information once your order ships out.

What if I need to change my delivery day after I have ordered?

Please email support@ordermainelobster.com immediately. We will help you get the order rescheduled. Once your package has left our site, we can’t make any changes. If you contact FedEx directly to alter your shipping schedule, the quality of your order may be compromised.

Do I have to be home for delivery?

In most cases you do not need to be home for delivery, however we highly recommend it.  Signatures are required for orders over $500 or if shipping to a business address. Deliveries to apartment buildings, townhouses, and condo complexes may also require a signature. There are times where a signature may be required for residential locations -- it will be up to the discretion of the individual FedEx delivery driver.
